Chicken is easy to make and delicious when making it in any form e.g. chicken karahi, crispy fried chicken, chicken tikka, or chicken lollipop. It is an easy, mouth-watering and appetizing dish. It is made using simple and household items. Let's start the chicken drum sticks recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
chicken mince 250 grams
black salt or salt as per taste
yoghurt 3 tablespoons
Dried mint powder 1/2 teaspoon
Chilli flakes 1/2 tablespoon
Paprika powder 1/3 tablespoon
Black pepper powder 1/3 teaspoon
Coriander seed powder 1/2 teaspoon

FOR COATING:
Cornstarch 2 tablespoons
All-purpose flour(maida) 3-4 tablespoons

DIRECTIONS:
1. Take a chicken mince or if you do not have mince you do not need to worry. Take 4-5 chicken legs and take a knife and start detaching it from the one end where there is less meat is present, now detach it from all sides. Make a ball shape by pulling the meat in a downward direction.
2. In another bowl, add yoghurt, black salt or salt, chilli flakes, paprika powder, black pepper powder, coriander powder, and dried mint powder. Mix all the spices well.
3. Add chicken legs which you make at step 1. Mix the legs with the yoghurt mixture well. Stand it 1-2 hours for marination.
4. Add one cup of oil to a frying pan, let the oil to hot.
5. On the plate, take corn starch and all-purpose flour(maida) and mix well.
6. Take marinated chicken legs and coat them into corn starch and maida completely.
7. When oil is medium heated, add chicken legs.
8. Cook 4-5 minutes on both sides.
Dish it out and serve it with your favourite sauce or tomato ketchup.

TIPS:

2. Do not coat too much as it may remain uncooked from inside.
