Breakfast is which we should not miss. A healthy breakfast is as important as petrol in the vehicle. If a person would get to know the benefits of it, he will never miss it.
We all want to eat healthy but delicious, easy, and quick to make. Gram flour(besan) has so many benefits. It controls our sugar level and good for blood pressure. It contains high fibre but with low calories. It is good for weight loss. So, let make a healthy breakfast recipe with gram flour. the name of our recipe is gram flour bread or besan ki roti.
Ingredients:
Gram flour (besan) 4 to 5 tablespoons
Water 1 cup
Onion chopped 1 medium size
Tomato chopped half
Cabbage chopped 1/3 cup
Green chilli chopped Half
(NOTE: You can skip the vegetables which you do not like. You can also add your favourite vegetables).
Salt As per taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Water 1 cup
Onion chopped 1 medium size
Tomato chopped half
Cabbage chopped 1/3 cup
Green chilli chopped Half
(NOTE: You can skip the vegetables which you do not like. You can also add your favourite vegetables).
Salt As per taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil 1 tablespoon
Direction:
Take and chopped the onion, cabbage, tomato, and green chilli in the bowl.
Add the gram flour (besan) in the bowl having the chopped vegetables.
Now, add salt and black pepper as per taste.
Mix all the mixture and add water slowly to make the better.
When the better is ready, do not need to water.
Now, at medium flame put a non-stick pan.
When the pan gets hot, spread the gram flour mixture on the pan.
When one side is properly cooked, flip to the other side and let it cook.
Add the oil from the corners.
When both sides are properly cooked. Dish it out.
For more flavours, you can squeeze lemon on it.
Now enjoy your delicious healthy breakfast of gram flour roti.
