How to make easy and crispy fried chicken at home

 In meat, chicken is the most favourite of everyone. It is everyone's favourite. fried chicken, crispy chicken or other hot wings it is consumed in all form. Crispy fried chicken is a mouth-watering, tasty, and appetizing dish or snack. I will share a crispy fried chicken recipe using black pepper powder, green chilli, and vinegar. Let's begin our recipe.

Crispy fried chicken

INGREDIENTS:

Chicken pieces              100 grams
Black pepper powder            2 tablespoons
Green chilli                  1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Ginger paste                1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste            1/2 teaspoon
Salt                        1/2 tablespoon or as per taste
Vinegar                 2 tablespoons
Oil              1 cup
Egg                     1
Bread crumbs           1/2 cup

DIRECTION:

STEP 1: Marinate the chicken

1. In the bowl, take chicken pieces. If you have leg pieces, it will be the best.
2. Mark 2-3 cuts on the leg pieces, using a knife.
3. Add ginger paste, salt, green chilli paste, black pepper powder, vinegar, and garlic paste.
4. Mix all the spices with the chicken pieces.
5. Fill the cut which you marked on the chicken with the spices.
6. Mix it well. Cover the chicken pieces with lit and leave it for 1-2 hours.

Crispy fried chicken

STEP 2: Fry the marinated chicken

1. Add oil to a frying pan and let it hot at medium speed.
2. In a separate bowl, add egg, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and black pepper powder. Mash the egg well.
3. Dip the marinated pieces into the egg and dip them into the breadcrumbs. Press lightly the pieces.
4. When the oil gets hot, add the pieces.
5. Fry it for 3 minutes on each side.
6. Take off the pieces and let them cool.
7. Again add the half fried chicken pieces.
8. Fry it for 5 minutes.
9. Dish it out.

TIPS:

1. You can add spices according to your taste.
2. Do not fill the frying pan too much with marinated chicken.
3. If you do not want to coat chicken with breadcrumbs, coat it with maida(all-purpose flour). If coating with maida, first dip on the egg then the maida. 
4. For flavouring in the coating, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and black pepper powder in the maida and mix it well.
