Did you ever try adding milk to omelettes? If not try it out. It is an amazing combination. Quick and tempting meal ready in 15 minutes with simple ingredients. Let starts the breakfast recipe with egg.
Ingredients:
Egg 1
Milk. half cup
Maida(All purpose flour) 1/3cup
Tomato finely chopped 1/4cup
Onion finely chopped 1/4cup
Salt as per taste
Black pepper as per taste
Oil 3-5 tablespoons

Oil 3-5 tablespoons
Direction:
1. In a bowl, take egg, milk, 3 tablespoons of oil and mix it very well.2. Add maida and mix well for 2 minutes.
3. Now add salt, black pepper powder, tomatoes and onion. And mix it.
4. Now heat the pan, add remaining oil and let it hot ( not hot too much). Now turn the flame to low. Add the egg batter and cook it from both sides until it turns golden brown.
Enjoy it with cheese sauce or chilli garlic sauce or none it is up to you. If you like you can add chopped green chillis, green bell pepper and chilli flakes as per taste.
