Breakfast is which we should not miss. We all want to eat healthy but delicious, easy, and quick to make. I am sharing with you the easy and healthy recipe using egg and gram flour(besan). I am sharing the recipe of 'Egg bite' you can also give the name what you want.


Egg bite


Ingredients:

Eggs        2 or 3

Gram flour(besan)       1 tablespoon

Onion finely chopped     1 medium size

Tomato finely chopped             1 medium size

Cabbage finely chopped             1/4 cup

Green chilli                                  As per taste

Salt                                               As per taste

Black pepper powder                   1/2 teaspoon

Oil                                                 2 tablespoon


Direction:

Take the eggs and separate the whites and yolks of the eggs.

Use the whites of the eggs if want you can use both. 

Now, add the onion, tomato, cabbage, salt, black pepper powder, gram flour(Besan), and green chilli to the bowl.

Mix all very well.

Now take the nonstick pan and add oil, the flame should be low to medium.

When oil gets hot but not too much, at this point add the egg mixture that you make.

spread the mixture and let cook one side of the mixture cook.

Now, do not flip the side. You will have to roll from the corner carefully, roll completely. 

Spread the egg mixture and roll from the corner.

Now cut it into small pieces with a knife. 

                                           Cut it into pieces with the knife.

         (You are thinking it is uncooked. No, it will be not uncooked.)

Stand the uncooked pieces aright.  

Stand the pieces aright to cook the corners.

By this, it will be cooked, and dish it out.

                     Now, enjoy a healthy breakfast.
