Everyone wants that its cake will become soft and raise properly even with no oven. Try this recipe to make cake balls without an oven. In this recipe, we will not bake it but fry it. Let starts the cake balls recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
1. All-purpose flour (maida) 1 cup
2. Cocoa powder 1 -1/2 tablespoons
3. Milk powder 1 tablespoon
4. Ghee or butter 1-1/2 tablespoon
5. Milk 1/3 cup
6. Icing sugar 5-6 tablespoons or as per liking
7. Baking powder 1/3 teaspoon
8. Baking soda 1/3 teaspoon

4. Ghee or butter 1-1/2 tablespoon
5. Milk 1/3 cup
6. Icing sugar 5-6 tablespoons or as per liking
7. Baking powder 1/3 teaspoon
8. Baking soda 1/3 teaspoon
9. Cooking oil 1 cup
DIRECTION:
1. Take a bowl, sieve cocoa powder, milk powder, all-purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder and icing sugar properly. Mix all of them properly.
2. Add ghee or butter to the dry mixture and mix them well.
3. Add half of the milk to the mixture and mix it. Add milk till soft dough is prepared.
4. Rest it for 5 minutes.
5. In a pan, add cooking oil and let it to hot. Do not hot the oil too much.
6. When oil heats, make a small ball of cake from the dough. Fry it for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
7. By this, prepare all the balls.

Serve and enjoy all the fried cake balls with chocolate syrup.
TIPS:
1. During frying balls, the heat of the flame should be medium to low. If not, then balls will remain uncooked from inside.2. Do not knead the dough too much., it makes our cake balls hard.
3. You can add few drops of vanilla essence to enhance the taste.
4. Dough should not be droppy or hard.
5. If you do not have icing sugar, don't worry. Make it at home. Take regular sugar and grind it until a fine powder is prepared. This fine powder is the icing sugar.
