Everyone wants to make an easy, tasty, and healthy meal. Vegetable soup is healthy, delicious, and easy to make it at home. You can add your favourite vegetables and skip with do not like. I will make the soup without using potatoes, onion, garlic, celery, and tomatoes. Let starts the easy vegetable soup recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
Cabbage 1 cup
Carrot 1 cup
Green bell pepper 2/3 cup
Peas 2/3 cup
Green chilli 1/2 medium size
Water half a litre or more
Salt 1 teaspoon or as per taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon or as per taste
Cornflour 1 tablespoon
Vinegar or lemon juice 1 to 2 tablespoon
Soy sauce(optional) 1 tablespoon
DIRECTION:
1. Take your favourite vegetables, peel them.
2. Cut them into slice, chop, or cut into the size which you like. I chopped the vegetables.
3. Take a sauce-pan, add water and bring it to the boil.
4. Add the salt, black pepper powder, and peas.
5. After 2-3 minutes, add carrots, cabbage, and green bell pepper, and mix it well. Cover it with lid for 7-10 minutes.
6. Add vinegar or lemon juice and soy sauce also add the finely chopped green chilli.
7. Dilute the cornflour with 3 tablespoons of water in the small bowl.
8. Add the diluted cornflour and stir it continuously.
9. After 4-6 minutes, switch off the burner.
10. Dish it out and sprinkle the chopped green coriander leaves.
Serve and Enjoy the warm vegetable soup.
NOTE: If you like to blend all the vegetables. Blend it before adding cornflour but I do not like to blend the vegetable.
TIPS:
If you want more sour taste, add more vinegar.
During adding cornflour, stir it continuously for to 2-3 minutes.
Add finely chopped ginger in step 5 if you like.
During making it, the flame should be at medium speed.
Time of cooking vegetables depends upon the size of vegetables.
