Ingredients:
Any kind of pasta 400 grams
Salt 2 teaspoons
Chilli flakes For the sprinkle
Black pepper powder 1 teaspoon
Oil or ghee 2 tablespoons
Milk 2 and a half cups
All-purpose flour (Maida) 2 tablespoons
Capsicum roughly chopped 1 medium
Garlic chopped 1 teaspoon
Onion roughly chopped 1 medium
How to make white sauce pasta?
First step:
Boil the pasta. During boiling pasta, add 1 tablespoon of salt and oil.
Do not boil the pasta completely remain some uncooked.
Second step:
Take a nonstick pan or any pot and add the 2 tablespoons of oil.
Now, add the chopped garlic in oil and let it be a little brown.
When the garlic changes its colour add onion and capsicum to it. ( If you like any other vegetable you can add it).
Add half a tablespoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
When the vegetables are cooked set aside.
Third step:
In this, we will make the white sauce for our pasta.
Take the 2 tablespoons of butter in the pot and add 2 tablespoons of all-purpose flour(maida) and mix them well.
(NOTE: If butter and all-purpose flour are not in the home. You can also use ghee or oil instead of butter and if maida is not also you can use cornflour. The quantities will remain the same of both. So, you do not need to worry. Make and enjoy white sauce pasta).
Now add the milk slowly and stir continuously otherwise lumps will form.
Bring the milk to boil, then add 1 or half tablespoon of salt and half a tablespoon of black pepper powder.
Fourth and Last step:
Now add cooked vegetables and boiled pasta in the white sauce.
Cook until the texture of sauce become creamy or what you like.
Now sprinkle some chilli flakes and oregano herbs if you have.
Now, enjoy your delicious, yummy and creamy white sauce pasta.
