We all want to eat different recipes as we are bored by eating the same meals daily. So, now try the different but easy recipe. French toast is a quick and easy breakfast recipe to make. French toast is made with sliced bread dipped in a mixture of egg and milk. We add sugar to add flavour. I will tell you how to make sweet french toast and omelette french toast. Now, let us make our sweet french toast.
Sweet french toast recipe:
Ingredients:
Milk 2-3 tablespoon
Eggs 2
Slice bread 2-3
Cardamom powder(Optional) half teaspoon
Sugar 1 and a half tablespoon
Oil or butter
Directions:
1. Take eggs in the bowl where you can easily dip a slice of bread.
2. Add sugar and whisk it with the help of a fork.
3. When the sugar dissolves, add milk and cardamom powder and mix it well.
(Note: If you like vanilla essence, add 2-3 drops of it)
4. Now take the nonstick pan and warm it at medium flame.
5. When the pan gets warm, add 1 tablespoon of oil.
6. Now, dip the slice of bread in the egg mixture and ensure that both sides of the slice are coated thoroughly.
7. Place the dipped slice on the nonstick pan. And cook thoroughly on both sides of the slice.
8. Repeat from step 5 to cook other slices.
9. For more flavour you can spread 1 tablespoon of honey between the 2 slices of bread. This is all up to you.
Dish it out your all slices and enjoy the yummy french toast
Omelette French toast recipe:
Omelette french toast is an easy, quick, and healthy breakfast recipe.
Ingredients:
Egg 2-3
Slice of bread 2
Milk 3 tablespoons
Onion chopped 1/2 medium size
Tomato chopped 1/2 medium size
Green chilli chopped 1 small size
Salt as per taste
Black pepper powder as per taste
Directions:
1. Take a bowl that is enough that we can easily dip the slice of bread.
2. In the bowl, add egg, onion, tomato, green chilli, and milk. Mix all of them very well.
3. Now, add salt and black pepper and mix them all together.
4. Take a pan and let it to hot at medium flame.
5. When the pan gets hot, add some oil or butter.
6. Soak the slice of bread in the egg mixture and fry the slice on the pan.
7. When one side of the slice turns golden brown, then turn to the other side and wait until it turns golden brown.
8. Dish out the slice carefully as it is still hot.
9. Repeat the process for another slice of bread.
Now, dish out the slices and enjoy a delicious and healthy breakfast.
