Chinese rice is famous for its natural flavours of the ingredients and the spices used in Chinese rice is almost present in our kitchen. Egg, green bell pepper is commonly known as capsicum, carrot, cabbage, chicken, and rice, etc.
INGREDIENTS:
Rice 1/2 kg
Eggs 3
Chicken( cubed) 250 grams.
Cabbage finely chopped 1 cup
Carrot finely chopped 1/2 cup
Capsicum finely chopped 1/2 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Black pepper powder As per taste
Salt As per taste
Oil 6 tablespoons
Water
DIRECTIONS:
Step 1: Boil the rice
1. Boil the rice in the saucepan.
2. Add the 1/2 tablespoon of salt and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder in the rice.
3. Do not over boil the rice.
4. When the rice boil, strain it water. Set it aside.
Step 2: Fry the eggs
1. In the bowl, break the 3 eggs and add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and 1/3 teaspoon of black pepper powder.
2. Mix it well.
3. Take the non-stick pan and add 2 tablespoons of oil. Let the oil to hot.
4. When oil gets hot, fry the eggs well. The eggs should look like scrambled eggs. Dish it out and set it aside.
Step 3: Make the Filling
1. Take a pot, add 4 tablespoons of oil and add 1 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.
2. Fry it for 2 minutes.
3. Add chicken and cook until its colour changes to white.
4. Now, add carrot and cook for 3 minutes.
5. After 3 minutes, add cabbage and capsicum.
6. When it fried, add salt and black pepper as per taste.
7. Mix all very well.
Step 4: Mix rice and Filling
1. Now add the fried eggs and boiled rice. Add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 & 1/2 tablespoon of soy sauce.
2. Mix all very well.
3. Cover with a lid for 5 minutes but the flame should be low.
Now, dish it out and serve the delicious Chinese rice. enjoy it.
