Chicken Manchurian is a Chinese recipe.
Ingredients:
Boneless chicken 1/2 kg
Capsicum 2 Medium size
Onion 1 Medium size
Tomato 1 medium size
White vinegar 2 tablespoons
Chilli sauce 1 and 1/2 tablespoons
Soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Tomato ketchup 1 to 2 tablespoons
Oil 2-3 tablespoons
Water 1 and 1/2 cups
Salt As per taste
Black pepper powder 2 teaspoons
Chilli flakes 2 teaspoons
Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
How to make chicken Manchurian?
1. Cut the onion, capsicum, and tomato in a cubed form.
2. cut the chicken into small size.
3. Take the pan, and add 2 tablespoons of oil to it and let to hot.
4. Now add onion and capsicum in the oil, add salt, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, and let it fry for 3-4 minutes.
5. After 3-4 minutes add tomato to it and let it fry for 2-3 minutes. Then, set-asides all the vegetables.
6. In the same pot, add one tablespoon of oil and chicken which you have cut.
7. When the colour of the chicken change to white, add salt and black pepper to it.
8. When chicken cooks, add 1 tablespoon of tomato ketchup, chilli sauce, soy sauce and mix them properly and cook it for 3-4 minutes.
9. Now, add 2 tablespoons of white vinegar and the vegetables (that you have cooked earlier) in it.
10. If you want juicy then add a half cup of water to it and let it cook for 5 minutes.
11. Now dish it out and serve.
Serve and Enjoy your yummy chicken manchurian
Tips:
1. Do not add salt as per your taste as there is already salt in the soy sauce, chilli sauce, and tomato ketchup. So, always add a bit low amount of salt which you take.
2. If you want a more sour taste, add 1 more tablespoon of white vinegar.
3. Add a little bit of salt when you cook vegetables and chicken as it adds flavours to it.
